I began my career in corporate operations, managing over 150 McDonald’s locations and overseeing franchising, real estate, and construction. This experience gave me a deep understanding of business strategy, negotiations, and growth planning.
Launching several of my own businesses, I know how to grow and scale. I help guide entrepreneurs through selling, acquiring, or transitioning ownership. I advise business owners to ensure they negotiate the best locations and lease agreements and I have successfully scaled a multi-state fire protection company serving over 1,000 clients.
I have walked in my clients’ shoes – starting, scaling, and exiting a business. I understand the challenges and complexities firsthand and bring a consultative, strategic approach to every transaction, ensuring my clients maximize value, minimize risk, and make informed decisions.
